The appeal from the judgment of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Number CR 10-152-00MO, 2011 ONSC 1143, dated March 4, 2011, heard on October 15, 2012, is allowed and the general warrant and related assistance order are quashed. McLachlin C.J. and Cromwell J. are dissenting.
L’appel interjeté contre le jugement de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, numéro CR 10-152-00MO, 2011 ONSC 1143, en date du 4 mars 2011, entendu le 15 octobre 2012, est accueilli et le mandat général et l’ordonnance d’assistance connexe sont annulés.
