The appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-287-10, 2011 FCA 267, dated September 23, 2011, heard on February 20, 2013, is allowed with costs throughout. The matter is remitted to the Minister for reassessment in accordance with the reasons.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-287-10, 2011 CAF 267, en date du 23 septembre 2011, entendu le 20 février 2013, est accueilli avec dépens devant toutes les cours. L’affaire est renvoyée au ministre pour l’établissement de nouvelles cotisations conformément aux motifs.
