APPEAL from a judgment of the British Columbia Court of Appeal (1996), 70 B.C.A.C. 241, 115 W.A.C. 241, [1996] B.C.J. No. 224 (QL), dismissing the accused’s appeal from his conviction for first degree murder.  Appeal dismissed.
